Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB)
The Clean Energy Grants program supports the deployment of clean energy technologies in Washington state while advancing equity, resilience and energy access. Program goals include reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing access to reliable and affordable energy — especially for tribes, overburdened communities, and vulnerable populations — and aligning with state energy strategies.
Washington State Department of Commerce
The Community Economic Revitalization Board (CERB) was formed in 1982 to respond to local economic development in Washington communities. CERB provides funding to local governments and federally recognized tribes for public infrastructure which supports private business growth and expansion. Eligible projects include domestic and industrial water, storm water, wastewater, public buildings, telecommunications, and port facilities.
